There is another letter or something in front of Francisco which has been transcribed as "J", and would most likely stand for José, but I wasn't sure of it. The record states the he was born on 30 April in Toribio and baptized on 6 May 1895. I didn't submit a birth date change, because all his other records seem to indicate 2 April. I think maybe it would be best to leave his name as you have it.
