GEROULD, Shirley (Bolton) A.
Of Vicksburg, after a short illness Shirley died on September 3rd at Rose Arbor Hospice. She was born October 6th, 1918 in Chicago. She was the daughter of Hamar Bolton and Alice (Walters) Bolton. She graduated from Galesburg High School and later from Parsons Business School.
She was married to Russell Gerould, on July 5th, 1941, for 54 years before his death.
She was married to Ken Otis on August 14th, 1998, for six years.
Surviving are her husband Ken Otis; daughter Suzanne and Tom O'Brien,Vicksburg, Michigan; sons Lynn and Jacquie Gerould, Reed City, Michigan, Larry and Nancy Gerould, Petoskey, Michigan, and Loren and Louise Gerould, Menasha, Wisconsin; 12 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; two brothers, Bob Bolton and Harry Bolton; and sister, Gene Kleen.
She was preceded in death by brothers Jim and Bill Bolton.
In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place. Memorial gathering at her home, 7701 S. Indian Lake Drive, Vicksburg. Memorials to the First Church of Christ Scientist, 414 W. South Street, Kalamazoo, Michigan.
