We are celebrating the life of Rex Raymond Franklin, 5/8/46 ~ 11/4/22.
He was a veteran and a lifetime member of the American Legion (Foley). He was a retired diesel mechanic for McDermott.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Dock and Idell Franklin, his sisters Lucy, Nell, Coot, and Bonnie as well as his brothers John, Kenny, Bill, Jack, and Bobbie.
He is survived by Melody Clark, his step kids Libby, Shawn, James, Josh, and Alex (his sidekick). He is also survived by his grandchildren, Blaize and Darcy, sister-in-law Willene and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rex's greatest joys in life was his sidekick, Alex, He also enjoyed motorcycles and boats.
He will be greatly missed and loved.
