Ima Rhea was born 9 Jul 1898, in Williamson County, Texas, to Albert Earl Rhea and Mary Cordelia "Delia" (Inman) Rhea.

Family story says that the Albert Earl Rhea family lived on a farm adjoining the old Rhea homeplace and that one of their daughters died very young and was buried in the family cemetery.

Ima was on the 1900 census with the family in Williamson County, Texas. She was 1 year old. A newspaper article in the Austin American Statesman said that "Near Georgetown last Tuesday, the 3-year-old baby girl of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Ray was so badly burned by her clothes catching fire that she died the following day." The article was dated Monday, 10 Feb 1902.

Ima died on 4 Feb 1902.

One of the graves in the Rhea-Campbell Family Cemetery is a young female. It is marked with a field stone.
