David is the son of Chuck and Billie Clark. His biological family, he has a sister, a son, one grandson, A niece and great nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother in law and nephew. David was a talented musician, playing guitar his entire life. David fought cancer for many years and passed away from a progressively growing cancer that wasn't related to his bladder cancer.

He was cremated and his urn is on display at GMP in the Jamestown / Greensboro NC area.
