Patsy Hendrix Amick Corley
1942-2022

Patsy was born in Lexington, S.C., the daughter of Lewie Elmer "Pic" and Ellen Hendrix Amick. She was married to Marion W.B. Corley for 62 years.

She is survived by her husband, Marion Corley, son William Barry Corley (Kathleen), daughter Lisa Corley. Grandchildren Meagan Cheek, Adam Cheek. Step-grandchildren Ansley Taddeo, Anthony Taddeo, Sarah Yon. Also survived by a very special nephew, S. Ben Amick (Shannon) and nieces Jessica and Melissa Amick. Patsy loved all of her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews very, very much!

She was predeceased by sisters Rona James, Willie Ann Oxner, Carolyn Sanders, and brothers Wayne Amick, Ronald Amick, and Lewie Elmer "Bob" Amick, Jr.

Patsy was the best cook that I believe in the world, and we enjoyed many trips with our best friends Stanley and Lynn Hallman, and Francis "Bimp" and Cissy Corley.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

There will be no official church service, but all who would like to make a memorial in Patsy's name can send donations to Pilgrim Lutheran Church - 1430 North Lake Drive, Lexington, S.C., 29072.
