Neil served in the Navy from 1951-1954 on the USS Iowa during the Korean War. After his military service he married and started his family.
He established his welding business and worked hard his entire life for his family and his community. His favorite hobbies were his love of wrestling, hunting, fishing and his Ham radio, being able to communicate all around the world making many new lifetime friends along his journey.
A funeral service will be held 2:00PM on Friday, November 4, 2022 at Bethany Presbyterian Church, 6713 Plyler Mill Road, Monroe, NC 28112, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00PM until 1:45PM in the church.
