Clifford Berry Jr., 89, of Grayson, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2022 in the presence of his sons at Kings Daughters Medical Center. He was born June 13, 1933 to the late Clifford and Esta Stanley Berry. Clifford served in the U.S. Army from 1954 to 1956. He retired from AK Steel Corporation in the Plant Protection Department after 36 years of service. He was also a Mason out of Trimble Lodge No. 145. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Joyce Burke Berry in 2012, and a brother, Carlos Berry. He leaves behind two sons, Mike (Merry) Berry of Grayson and Tim Berry of Ashland; two grandchildren, Heather Berry and Matt Berry both of Grayson; and a sister, Margaret (Charles) Stamper of Columbus, OH. The funeral service will be conducted Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Malone Funeral Home. The interment will be in the East Carter County Memory Gardens. The visitation will be held Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday after 9:00 a.m. until the service at the Malone Funeral Home.
