Frank McIntire, 81, Springfield, died at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 28, 1981, at Spring View Hospital, Lebanon.
He was employed for many years as a custodian at Loretto Motherhouse.
He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Rudolph Anderson, Louisville; one son, James Sidney McIntire, Louisville, 16 grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
Also surviving are two brothers; R.H. McIntire and J.A. McIntire, both of Louisville; four sisters, Mrs. Norbert Rademaker, Louisville, Mrs. John F. Barber, Maud, Miss Mary Belle McIntire, Bardstown, and Sister Lorenz, O.P., St. Catharine, Ky.
He is a son of the late Robert and Anna Keene McIntire.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 31, 1981, at St. Dominic Church. Burial will be in St. Rose Cemetery. Hale and Polin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday. A vigil service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
