Patricia Samantha (Duty) Hurley, 76, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on October 25, 2022.
She was born in Nicut, Oklahoma on January 18, 1946, to Bert and Stella (Hart) Duty.

She had two sons, Roy Dale, and Albert Bilyeu. She enjoyed throughout her years; hunting, fishing, playing her guitar, listening and singing gospel music, she loved watching her westerns, and playing cards such as pitch.

She was preceded by death by her parents, three brothers, Earl Dean, Harold, and Joe Duty, two sisters Linda Tate, and Marzene McKenzie, one son Albert Bilyeu.

She is survived by her son Roy Dale Bilyeu, of Roland Oklahoma, A grandson Gavin Bilyeu and two sisters, Wilma Hall of Roland, Oklahoma, and Glorene Sue Case of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, and by many nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, October 31, 2022 at Lewis Funeral Chapel 4817 Kelley Hwy in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Interment will follow at Seabolt Cemetery in Nicut, Oklahoma. A public viewing will be held from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Sunday, October 30, 2022 at the funeral home with the family greeting friends from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM.
