Bonnie Lou (Cotner) Baker Chancellor, 96, of Logansport, IN, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2022 at Woodbridge Health Campus.

Born on October 20, 1926 in Logansport; IN, she was the daughter of the late Frank Allen and Dorothy (Cartmell) Cotner. On June 16, 1945, Bonnie married William Keesey Baker. Bonnie became a wife and mother plus a helping hand to her beloved husband for 46 years. For a city girl, she embraced the farm life by keeping farm records, gardening, raising chickens, canning and sewing. William passed away on January 24, 1992.

On May 8, 1993, Bonnie married James Chancellor, who preceded her in death on March 26, 1998.

Bonnie was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church, who loved the Lord and rests with him in heaven. She also served as an Elder of the Church. She enjoyed keeping her home, cross stitching, gardening and reading. Bonnie served as Harrison Township Trustee. She loved her family, friends, and neighbors.

Bonnie is survived by three children; eight grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.

A private Christian burial for family will be held at Gundrum Funeral Home. Internment will be held in Mount Hope Cemetery in Logansport, IN.
