Mr. Robert L. Torbush, age 85, of Fayetteville, Georgia, passed away Monday, October 24, 2022.
He was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church for 65 years; a member of Local 72, plumbers and pipefitters, for 65 years; a volunteer firefighter for Fayette County Station 2 where he built/welded a water tanker; a lifetime member of Sandy Creek High School P.T.S.O; a booster for Sandy Creek and Fayette County marching bands; a Little League Baseball and Pop Warner Football coach, as well as, a lover of the outdoors, geocaching and gold mining.
He is preceded in death by a daughter, Jackie Ring; and a son, Brandon Torbush.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Torbush; children, Robin Primosch (Tom), Bobby Torbush (Karen), Ben Torbush (Hernan), Brianna Mavis (Andy); grandchildren, Will Ring (Amber), Andrea Street, Brandon Street (Holley), Crystal Creach (Daniel), Robert Torbush (Crystal), Alicia Miller (Brandon), John Torbsuh (Maria), Sarah Powell (Michael), Jud Robertson, Madeline Torbush, Abram Torbush, Gabe Mavis; great grandchildren, Alyssa Scott, Kaitlyn Allen, Brantley Ring, Sidney Manley (Dwight), Lindsey Rae, Conner Street, Ryan Street, Taylor Alley, Blakely Alley, Maddox Creach, Ireland Creach, Gaige Nungesser, Jaide Torbush, Paytyn Torbush, Ella Blackburn, Nick Torbush, Tyler Torbush, Kole Torbush, Aidan Miller, Tristan Miller, Maya Miller, Gracie Miller, Mason Miller, Jack Miller, Liam Miller, Tayt Miller, Linda Trevino, Alex Trevino, Kaleb Torbush, Kayla Torbush, Alex Powell, Sophia Powell; great-great grandchildren, Liam Manley and Logan Manley.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Friday, October 28, 2022, at Bethany United Methodist Church, 607 Rivers Road, Fayetteville, GA 30214, at 2:00 pm with the family receiving friends 1 hour prior to the service at the church.
