Billy passed away surrounded by his loved ones. Visitation will be 5-7pm Tuesday, October 25 at Lake Shore Funeral Home, 5201 Steinbeck Bend in Waco. The funeral service will be 11am Wednesday, October 26 at Pleasant Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 1600 League Ave. in Waco. Burial will follow at Doris Miller Memorial Park.
