Bertha Clark, 88, of Route 3, Eaton, died early Saturday morning at Reid Memorial Hospital in Richmond after a short illness. Widow of the late Orion S. “Buzz” Clark who died in 1954, she was a member of the Hew Hope United Methodist Church. Daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Cattin Bresher, she was a native of Preble County.
Surviving are three sons; Forrest Clark, Stanley Clark, and Huber Clark, all of Route 1, Eaton; one brother, Robert Bresher of Route 3, Eaton; nine grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Barnes Funeral Home in Eaton with Rev. Richard Wilcock officiating. Burial was in the Mound Hill Union Cemetery at Eaton.
