Harriett Tripp Albert/Stack was from Iowa. She was born to Wilson R. & Golda (Pierce) Tripp. She married Michel Albert in Galena, IL & they eventually moved to Chicago. They had met in Blackhawk County, Iowa when Michel was stationed at Ft. Dodge, Iowa. They had a son named Rayan (Ray) Albert. Harriett divorced Michel on 2-16-1956, but had another child a daughter, out of wedlock with Michel. Michel never knew about the second child. That child was Jenin Albert who was born on Oct. 8, 1957 & was later adopted beginning at 3 months old through Catholic Charities of Chicago, St. Vincents Orphanage & renamed Diane Forbes by her adoptive parents. Harriett later married a man named Bernard Stack. Harriett died of metastatic colon cancer at the age of 57. She is buried in an unmarked grave at Evergreen Cemetery in Evergreen Park, Illinois. Her son Rayan Albert died in 2011. Diane Marie (Forbes) Robinson has visited Harriett's grave. This posted on 10-23-2022
