Margaret Lucina (Howard) Pelletreau was born August 1864 in Silver Lake, PA a daughter of Jesse William Howard and Julia Ann Porter born in Ireland. she married about 1887 Harry Wise Pelletreau and had two sons, Harry Howard Pelletreau (1888-1918) and Jesse William "Bill" Howard (1892-1958) an investigator in the Lindbergh baby Murder/Mystery. She died at the home of her granddaughter Pearl (Pelletreau) Baker in Windsor, NY.
