The most important thing to Patrice was her family. She met her beloved husband David and the two were wed on May 28, 1978. Soon after their matrimony, they started growing their family, welcoming 4 beautiful children into their lives, Diane, Cheryl, Julie, and Eric. Later on, they were blessed with 6 loving grandchildren who referred to Patrice as "Mema." She found great happiness in cooking for her family and spending holidays together, especially Christmas. She was specifically known to create a delicious assortment of Ukrainian cuisine.
Patrice grew up spending a lot of time with her immigrant Ukrainian grandmother, learning to cook, garden, craft, sew, and value the Ukrainian culture.
Patrice was an avid member of the Calvary Episcopal Church in Burnt Hills. She spread love throughout the community as a Sunday school teacher and superintendent. She will be remembered for her talents in sewing and crocheting, as she gifted many hats and scarves to the community, bringing them joy and warmth.
