She was born near Glenn Elder, Mitchell, Kansas on 12 March 1872.

Her children:

Albert D. Craven, born Oct 1892, married Alma J. Matteson on 21 July 1921. Moved to Oregon.

Sierra Nevada Craven, born 10 Apr 1894. Married William W. Jackson, 6 Nov. 1912 at Weiser, ID. She died 27 Dec 1990 at Vancouver, WA. She is buried in Willamette National Cemetery, having been a private in the U.S. Army.

Chester S. Craven, born 30 Nov 1896. Married Nettie N. Parker 22 Oct 1921 at Boise. Died 25 Jan 1966 at Boise.

In Payette on the 21st inst, Mrs. Charles Craven of consumption. Funeral services were held at the family home and burial took place in Weiser at 3 p.m. the 22nd conducted by A. Sears undertaker. Mrs. Craven was the daughter of P.P. Dawson and very highly respected in the circle in which she moved and the large attendance at the funeral was only a fitting tribute to a most worthy woman. She leaves a husband and three children. (The Weiser Signal, Thursday Janaury 23, 1902)
