Tip Lackey was the youngest son of George Robert and Hybumia "Hattie" Riley Lackey of McAlester Oklahoma. He was the brother to Cleo, Clifford Erskine, Arthur "Bill" Riley, George Robert Jr., and Morris Allen Lackey. Sisters Sybol and Josephine died as young children. Tip was a adoring husband, devoted father and loving grandfather and great grandfather.
