Wanda Belt (Mrs. J.R. Belt), age 91, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away on October 5, 2022. She was born on April 18, 1931, daughter of the late Ross Hull and the late Vernon Grizzle Hull. She was a member of Foundation Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son: Patrick Belt (Cathy); daughters-in-laws: Rita Belt, Shelley Belt; grandchildren: Deina Belt, Nicolle Dunn (Jason), Chris Belt, Jessica Belt, Jonathan Belt (Kristina), Josh Belt (Devin); great-grandchildren: Rebekah Walker (Cole), Jackson Dunn, Nathan Dunn, Sterling Ward; great-great-grandchild: Harrison Walker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Rolfe Belt; sons: Edward Belt, Johnnie Belt.
The family will receive friends at Hightower's Memorial Chapel on Friday, October 7, 2022 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
A graveside service will be held at Westview Cemetery on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Barry Gillis officiating. Jason Dunn, Jackson Dunn, Nathan Dunn, Jonathan Belt, Josh Belt, and Scott Pfountz will serve as pallbearers.
