Gus N. Rentas of Park Ridge, passed away on Oct. 4, 2022. Beloved husband of Michelle, nee Cardoso; loving father of Nicholas Gus and Sophia; cherished son of the late Nick and Demetra Rentas; dear brother of John (Laren), Thomas, Steve (Cynthia), the late James (Sandy) and the late William (Denise); son-in-law of Albina and the late Jose Cardoso; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. The only thing bigger than Gus' smile was his heart and love for his family. Everyone will meet on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church, 7373 Caldwell, Niles for a Visitation from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 10:00 a.m. Interment Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Gus would like donations to go to the charity created on behalf of his brother, Jimmy (www.WalkCancerAway.com/GusRentas).
