Former Mounds Residents Lose Baby Daughter
Betty Jean Anglin, two-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Anglin, of Decatur, died at the family home in Decatur Monday night at 9:10 o'clock following an illness from septic sore throat.
The little one who was born in Mounds, December 22, 1931, and passed away in Decatur, January 16, 1933, is survived by her parents, a brother Russell, and a half-sister Miss Ethel Anglin of Cairo, also many other relatives.
All that was mortal was brought to Mounds Tuesday evening and funeral services were held at the G. A. James Funeral Home Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock, J. F. Devault of Anna, officiating. Burial was made in Thistlewood Cemetery.
