Elsie P. Housden, 82, of Shenandoah Junction, died Monday, September 1, at City Hospital in Martinsburg.
Her husband, Rufus M. Housden died in 1999.
She was a member of Grace Baptist Church at Shenandoah Junction.
Survivors include five daughters; Violet Sarra, Middleway; Diane Evans, Martinsburg; Linda Reed, Duffields; Kathy Kline, Ranson; Angela Banks, Sheperdstown; five sons; Donald Housden, Halltown; Robert Housden, Manassas, Va.; Elwood Housden, and Leonard Housden, both of Charles Town; and Glenn Housden, Martinsburg; 35 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Dolores J. Housden; and five sons, Jerry Housden, Rufus M. Housden Jr., Norman Housden, Francis Housden, and Charles W. Housden.
Services will be held today at 2 p.m. Grace Baptist Church, Shenandoah Junction. Rev. Robert Campbell will officiate and burial will be in Edge Hill Cemetery.
