Patricia A. Edwards (nee Sass), our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2022, surrounded by her family.
Pat was born March 30, 1938, to Max A. and Helen E. Sass. She joins her beloved husband Donald A. Edwards, her mother and father and her daughter Donna.
Pat was the mother to Cheryl (James) Oliva, Jill (the Late William) Jaworski, the Late Donna (Thomas) Kuhns, Jeffrey (Jeffrey Krien) Edwards, Deborah (Robert) Gibson, and Michael (Jill Kasper) Edwards and mother-in-law to Kelly Kallmann. She was the grandmother to 13 adored and cherished grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She is survived by her brother James A. Sass, Sister-in-law Suzanne Sass, and sister Judy (Marv) Kremski and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her special friend Bonnie Robinson, who provided care for both Don and Pat and became a best friend to Pat over the years. She leaves behind countless other family, friends, and neighbors.
Pat loved her dogs and leaves behind her beloved Max. Pat welcomed all into her home in her own special and unique way and enjoyed spending time with her family at her home. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
A visitation will be held at her father and mother's funeral home, Max A. Sass and Sons- Mission Hills Chapel, 8910 W. Drexel Ave on Saturday October 8th, 2022, from 9am to 12pm pm with a short prayer service at 11 am. Private entombment at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
