Sally J. Bruno, 88, of Melba, Idaho passed away on October 2, 2022. Sally was born on October 21, 1933, in Gainesville, Missouri to Owen and Nayda (Williams) Ford. She was raised in Rosemead, California. In 1953 she married Michael Lambert, and they were married for 18 years and had five children.
In 1966 the family moved to Melba, Idaho. In 1972 Sally married Robert Bruno.
She worked for the Boise VA Hospital for 21 years. After retirement she worked for the Idaho Center and the Idaho Horse Park from 1997 – 2010.
Sally was preceded in death by her husband Robert Bruno; parents Owen (Cotton) and Nayda Ford. She is survived by sons David Lambert and Steve Lambert; daughters Lisa Lambert, Edie (Eric) Stansbury, and Christy (Patrick) Eakin; grandchildren: Chris (Raquel) Johnson, Callie (Derek) Etzel, Taylor Stansbury, and Tanner Lambert; great-granddaughters Sadie Johnson and Penny Etzel.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 8 at the Melba Cemetery in Melba, Idaho.
