Cheryl Lou Altemus, age 68 of Delaware passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at ST. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville. She was born July 6, 1945 in Harrison, Arkansas to William E. and Arminta Lou Wilhelm Winner.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Altemus of Delaware; mother, Arminta Winner of Russellville; children, Joseph Snowden and wife Tina of California, Kimberly E. Snowden of California; a sister, Linda S. Lewis and husband Jonathan D. of Delaware; a brother, Stephen L. Winner and wife, Kathy of Rogers; and two grandchildren, Travis J. and Zachary W. Snowden both of California; special friend, Teri A. Tibbetts; nieces, Stephanie J. Winner, Sheila L. Winner, Samantha L. Winner all of Rogers and many friends and relatives.
A memorial service was held on Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the Dardanelle First Presbyterian Church with Pastor Kelly Pearson officiating. Cremation arrangements are by River Valley Cremations and Cornwell Funeral Home, Dardanelle.
