Tracy Melinda was born to her James Lightburn & Vilma (nee Wyatt) Lightburn in Orange Walk Town, Belize, Central America.
Tracy moved to Los Angeles, CA at age 3 and later to Fontana, CA where she attended Cypress Elementary School and then on to Fontana High School. Tracy later earned her pharmacy technician license.
MOTHERHOOD
Tracy was a beautiful mom of two precious children.
She and her children were/are active members of Connecting Point Community Church & Inland Lighthouse Church in Fontana, California. Tracy volunteered in the Church Ministry.
Tracy homeschooled her children and she was always willing to help, volunteering for her community.
Tracy worked at Kaiser Permanente Hospital for 15 years until her passing. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, reading and quoting her favorite verses from the bible.
DEATH
Monday September 26th, 2022
Tragically, Tracy was gunned down, murdered by her crazed, estranged homicidal husband, outside of an Cypress Elementary School in Fontana, San Bernardino County, California, USA. This was the Elementary School that Tracy attended as a child.
It appears that her estranged homicidal husband had temporary custody of Savannah.
(Perhaps they had initially agreed to temporarily take custody of one child each?) Horrifically, Tracy was murdered in front of her daughter, while Savannah was made to wait in the truck that all three had all been sitting in together just moments prior.
Thousands have spoken out for the grave errors of law enforcements' handling of this family tragedy. These police failed the family and killed Tracy's sweet daughter, Savannah, the morning after Tracy perished.
