Sharon N. Tatman, 74, died July 23, 2022, in Cottonwood Falls. She was born August 1, 1948, in Lamont, to Wallace and Gladys (McCoy) Tatman. She graduated from Garland High School in Garland, TX. Sharon enjoyed doing cross stitch in the summer and crocheting in the winter because the blanket she was working on would help keep her warm. She also enjoyed playing Facebook games, reading, collecting bear figurines, sitting on the porch and bowling.

Sharon is survived by: children, Gloria Cummings and husband Darryl of Topeka, Jeff Cooper and wife Sadie of Cottonwood Falls, Kristi Fletcher and husband Chris of Paola; grandchildren, Danielle Scott and husband Matt of Loveland, CO, Michael Cooper and wife Britany of Strong City, Brett Cooper and partner Emily of Emporia, Sarah Dains of Manhattan, Tyler Fletcher of Tahlequah, OK, Zoe Fletcher of Paola; 4 great grandchildren; and siblings, Stanley Tatman, Leona Vining, Roger Aikman, and David Tatman.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Karen Aikman, Lonnie Tatman, Margaret Tatman, Lynn Aikman; and son, Russell Scott Cooper.

Cremation will take place.

Celebration of life service will be Saturday, July 30, 2022, from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church Hall, Strong City. Memorial donations may be made to COPD Foundation or to EMS Volunteers Memorial Fund (for purchase of teddy bears and blankets for Chase County), in care of Brown-Bennett-Alexander Funeral Home PO Box 220 Cottonwood Falls, KS 66845.
