Tony Cecil, 37, of Rt. 1 Helenwood, passed away in the Scott County Hospital Saturday morning February 21. He was the son of William (Bill) Cecil and Hazel Stanley Cecil. Survivors: wife: Mrs. Virginia Buttram Cecil; two sons: Victor Jay Cecil, Jeffery Cecil, parents: Mr. and Mrs. William W. Cecil, brother: William David Cecil, sister: Mrs. Tola Reed all of Helenwood. Funeral services were conducted from the Helenwood Baptist Church 2 p.m. Monday, February 23, with Rev. Milford Cecil officiating. Burial in the Daniels Memorial Cemetery.
