Bonnie Ruth Tilley Anderson, age 92, of Niota, went home to be with Jesus on Monday, September 19, 2022 at Sweetwater Hospital. Bonnie was a life long native of McMinn County. She was the oldest living member of Beulah Chapel Church of the Nazarene congregation at the time of her death. Preceded in death by her husband of 52 years: Lester E. Anderson, parents: Cardy and Nannie Mae Tilley, brothers: Boyd, Robert, Ken, and Bill Tilley, sisters: Edith Haun, Marlene Wattenbarger, Rella Sue Tilley. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law: Larry W. and Sherry Anderson, of Niota, daughter and son-in-law: Linda and Danny McConkey, of Athens, sisters: June Bracket, Joanne Thomas, and Essie Goforth, grandchildren: Chris Anderson, Nick (Kim) Anderson, Marc (Krysti) McConkey, Tori McConkey, Stacey Anderson, sister-in-law: Ruby Tilley, several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 23, 2022 at Kyker Funeral Homes, Sweetwater, from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 P.M. in Kyker's Chapel with Pastor: Bill Dawson officiating.
