He was a member of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Palmyra, was a retired carpenter, and loved to hunt, fish and garden.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Morris Weeks, Houston Weeks, and Bobby Weeks.
Survivors include Glenda Harris Weeks of Glendale; 2 sons, Brent Weeks of Hot Springs and Kyle Weeks of Okinawa, Japan; 3 sisters, Wanda (Don) Montgomery of New Home, Doris (Floyd) Frye of Star City, and Jo Carole (Hershell) Neeley of Dumas; and 4 grandchildren.
Visitation is 6:00-8:00PM Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Griffin Funeral Chapel in Star City.
Graveside services are 10:00AM Friday, September 23, 2022 at Shady Grove Cemetery in Glendale with Bro. Joseph Pemberton officiating.
