Timothy was born in Grundy, Virginia on November 9, 1963 a son of Jonah and Helen Myers Justice.
Along with his parents, he is survived by his loving wife, Sherry Jo Blackburn Justice and two sons, Timothy Clinton "Clint" Justice of Pikeville, Kentucky and Jonah Phillip Justice (Caroline) of Cheyenne, Wyoming and one daughter, Carlee DeAnn Justice of Lexington, Kentucky.
He is also survived by a brother, Jeffery Justice (Connie) of Phyllis, Kentucky and one granddaughter, Magnolia Blake Justice "Maggie".
Visitation will be in the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday, September 21, 2022, 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. with evening services at 8:00 p.m. with Josh Allen officiating.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 22, 2022 in the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel with Bryant Justice officiating. Burial will follow in the McCoy Cemetery at Zebulon, Kentucky.
