Charles E. Morrison died suddenly Mar. 29, 1958 at his home in Joliet, Illinois.

He was born Oct. 13, 1900 at Danvers, a son of Jacob and Jennie Bethel Morrison. He married Marion Scott at Bloomington. She survives.

Also surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Mary Catherine Radke of Mill Valley, California; a brother, Isaac of Danvers; and a granddaughter.

He graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University Law School in 1925 and for 27 years was with the Will County Title Company at Joliet. For the past four years he was associated with the law firm of Robson, Masters and Ryan at Joliet.
