Roger D. Allen, 61, of Norman, died at 6:07 p.m. Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at Baptist Health in Floyd County. He had been ill for several years. He was once employed with National Veneer and NTN Driveshaft. He enjoyed playing music, camping, and fishing.

Roger was born on May 16, 1961, to the late Charles Allen & Thelma Grace Jackson Allen. Survivors include: a brother, David (Peggy) Allen of Seymour, sister, Debra (Charles) Miller of Clearspring, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ronald Allen.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home, Vallonia with Jean Pogue officiating. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will take place at Proctor Cemetery/Dixon Chapel. Memorial contributions may be given to the Donor's Choice.
