Patty was united in marriage to L.D. Garrison on July 14, 1973 in Elizabeth, Arkansas and moved to Isabella where she spent most of her life. She had many jobs in her lifetime but the role she was most proud of was being a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Her family was everything to her and she was everything to her family. Words cannot describe how much she will be missed by her family and friends.
During her 7 month battle with cancer she made many friends and touched many lives. She said a few days before she passed away that she had met some very special people and was amazed at how nice the doctors, nurses, hospital staff and everyone that helped her had been while she was undergoing treatments and her several hospital stays. She thought they were special but her family already knew and was told over and over by the nurses and staff that Patty was the special one. She always worried about everyone else, even in her final days. The words that best describe Patty are selfless, compassionate and most of all loving.
On January 4, 2017 Patty was baptized by the chaplain at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She wasn't ready to leave her family and friends behind but she knew what joy was ahead and it gave her comfort.
She was preceded in death by both her parents; 2 brothers, Delma Reynolds and Carroll Reynolds; 2 sisters, Nadine Sanders and Lezene Morris; 1 great grandson Marshall Dale Collins.
