Clara Dee (Jones) Daniels, 91, of Novinger, Missouri, passed away Friday, April 8, 2022 at The Pines in Kirksville, Missouri.
Born July 27, 1930 in Pure Air, Missouri, Clara was the daughter of the late Grover Wilson and Ruth Marie (Daniels) Jones. On September 21, 1946 in Troy, Kansas, Clara was united in marriage to Donald E. "Pinky" Daniels who preceded her in death on January 24, 2012. She was also preceded in death by one grandson, Kayle Elmore; one brother, Darrell Jones; and two sisters, Ramah Stanek and Louise Buress.
Clara was a life long resident of Novinger and received her education at Golden Rule and Novinger R-I Schools. She enjoyed working in her flowers, cooking, music, dancing, and was an immaculate house keeper. Clara was a devoted wife of sixty-five years, proud mother and grandmother, who never missed a birthday and cherished having her family home every Christmas before entering The Pines.
Clara was a devoted member of the Novinger Baptist Church
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at Travis-Noe Funeral Home, with Pastor Virgil Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Novinger Cemetery in Novinger, Missouri.
