Mary J. Getman, age 40, of Huntington, died on Sunday, August 8, 2010 at the Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne.
Mary was born on October 1, 1969, the daughter of Henry and Carline (Simmons) Bartlett, in Huntington. She was a high school graduate and a homemaker.
Mary is survived by a son – Channing Getman of Huntington; a daughter – Cherokee Getman of Huntington; a brother – Dannie Bartlett of Huntington; and several uncles, aunts and cousins.
Her parents precede her in death.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, August 12, 2010 at the Salvation Army, 1424 East Market Street, Huntington, with Captains Tim and Sally Sell officiating.
