Survivors include her sons Andre Kocher and Theron (Cindy) Kocher, grandchildren Ryan, Jake, Collin and Patrick (Tiffany), and Addy Mae Kocher, Great-grandchildren Caden, Chase, and Brinley Kocher, Braxton, Maiden, Marley, Kingston, Kyrea, and Journey McBride.
Rae Ann was the secretary for Help for the Homeless, and a long time volunteer for women are safe, and left her mark on all who knew her.
Rae Ann's wish was for memorial donations in place of flower be made to Women are Safe.
Celebration of life information will be forthcoming.
