Helen was born on February 2, 1926, in Huttig, Arkansas the daughter of John and Ophelia Black Nelson.

Helen was a homemaker and a she was a long time faithful member of Southside Baptist Church where she enjoyed serving her LORD and Savior JESUS CHRIST and worshipping with her church family.

Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, Perry Williams; a son, Randy Williams; her sisters, Ruth Anderson and Faye Hudson; brothers Hilton Nelson and Jack Nelson.

She is survived by her son, Mark Williams; daughter, Barbara McGaugh (Mark); sister, Betty Dunn; grandchildren, Jennifer McGaugh, Abby Williams and Amanda Jones (Caleb); great grandchildren, Aidan, Noah and Addison Jones. Helen is also survived by her special friend and caregiver, Dixie Harrison.

A visitation will be held at Young's Funeral Directors, Thursday, September 8, 2022 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, September 9th at Young's Chapel with Michael Collins officiating, Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Garden.

Memorial may be made to Southside Baptist Church, 901 South Washington Ave, El Dorado, AR 71730.
