In the name of God, Amen, I William George of County of Greene of State of Tennessee...

1st I bequeath to my dearly beloved wife Elizabeth George all my real & personal property during her widowhood & & in case she should marry again, it is my wish she should have as good a horse beast as is on the plantation, saddle & bridle & 2 milk cows, 2 bedstead & bedding & 500# of pork, 100 bushels corn & 15 bushels wheat.

& it is my wish & desire if my wife Elizabeth should marry or depart this life my widow that all my Estate both real & personal should be equally divided among my heirs which is 8 in number, to wit, Eliza, now Eliza Harrison, Elizabeth, John Dickson, Samuel Nelson, Narsisus, Margaret, Nancy, Cornelius Wester & it is my desire that there should be no dispute after my death

& I appoint my friend Conrod Girdner & my wife Elizabeth my Executor & Executrix of my last Will...
