She was born on Jan 14th 1936 in Spur, Dickens County Tx. The daughter of Gordon and Lola Mae Weaver Parks. She was a graduate of Morenci High School, Morenci Az.
She married Don Edward Bullard on March 31st 1956. She was preceded in death by her husband Don Edward on April 14th 1990, her son David Lynn on Oct 1st 2019, her parents Gordon and Lola Mae Parks and her sisters Yuba Lee Sparks and Celia Mae Parks.
She was a long time member of the First Baptist Church of Dell City Tx. until she retired from farming and moved to Albuquerque NM to live with her son Rex and his family. She became a member of Northdale Baptist Church and was active in the outreach ministry. She was a long time member of the of the Order of the Eastern Star where she served as pianist, Worthy Matron, and Grand Organist to the Deputy Worthy Grand Matron. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
