Dolores J. Land of Farmers Branch, Texas passed from this life to her eternal life with her Lord and Savior on Monday, February 12, 2018 in Dallas, Texas. Dolores "Dee" was born on October 28, 1928 in Sacramento, California to her parents Charles and Lucille (Foster) Hartman.

Dee is predeceased by her husband, Charles Land, Sr. and son Jerry Williams.

She is survived by sons, Darrell Williams and wife, Vickie of Princeton, Texas, Charles Land Jr. and wife, Amie of Farmers Branch, Texas; daughters, Charlotte Warren and husband, Jim of Bonham, Texas, Sandra Tadlock and husband, Rick of Tool, Texas and Helen Odiase and husband, Felix of Murphy, Texas; 13 grandchildren; 19 great grand children and 3 great great grandchildren; and daughter-in-law, Ann Williams of Chatfield, Texas. Dee is also survived by her loving Christian Center family and many other loving friends and family.

Dee was a true woman of God, serving as Pastoral Care Minister for 25 years at Christian Center. Loving and caring and praying for so many over the years. She was faithful to God, her church, her pastor and her family and friends. Always there, willing and ready to help in any way. Before her passing she was in her hospital bed praying with her daughters, praying for family, the daughters were praying for her, but she said lets pray for others. Even to the end her thoughts and prayers were on others. Everyone claimed her as their mother and grandmother. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. We here on this earth have lost a tremendous prayer warrior but heaven has gained one of the sweetest daughters of Christ that will ever enter the gates of glory. What a joyous reunion she is experiencing with so many that have gone on before her. Dee will be missed beyond measure, life will be different for so many, but what a joyous time when all are reunited. Her prayer was that everyone should come to Christ and be a part of that great day.

The family will be receiving family and friends for visitation and viewing on Friday, February 16, 2018 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Christian Center Assembly of God, 13505 Josey Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.
