Two of the most complicated cases in the annals of the probate court of Hennepin county were heard by Judge Corrigan yesterday. They were regular twisters and contained more conflicting interests than are usually found in whole term calendar. One of them was a legacy from Judge Von Schlegel's reign, while the other was before the court last year, in a different way.
The first case was the matter of the probating of the will of Charles Ripley, who died at an advanced age some time ago leaving an estate of some $75,000. It came up on a motion to set aside a codicil to the will, on the ground that threats and undue violence had been used in inducing the old man to sign it. This codicil appointed Wm.
