Mable Emeline Harris, was born Oct. 19, 1905, at Spokane, Wa., died at Wenatchee, Wa., June 12, 1924, age eighteen years seven months and twenty-three days.
She removed to the Chelan valley with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Harris, when about one year of age and had lived in the vicinity of Chelan ever since.
Mable as she was familiarly called was of a sweet disposition, self-sacrificing, thinking always doing for others and not of herself. She was a patient sufferer for six weeks and when her time was near, asked her relatives to go with her as she had known Jesus a long time. She leaves to mourn her loss a mother, one sister, her father having passed away only a year ago. Several uncles and aunts and cousins.
Funeral services were held from the Nazarene church Sunday, June 16, Pastor Mrs. Kohnenberger in charge, form the text Heb. 9. 7. God has appointed man once to die. A large number of friends and relatives following her to her last place in the fraternal cemetery to await the resurrection morn.
As in Adam all die; also in Christ shall all be made alive.
