Mrs. Arthur Hall died Saturday morning at 4 o'clock. She had been sick twelve days.
The deceased had been doing well until Friday afternoon, when she suddenly became seriously ill. She passed away at the home of Tom Butler, where she had been brought some days before.
An obituary will follow next week.

Pearl D. Oakes was born Nov. 8, 1888 at Clear Lake, Wisconsin. She came to Chelan in 1904.
Miss Oakes was married to A. G. Hall in 1906 and to this union four children were born; Basil, Richard, Lester and Arleigh.
She is survived by her mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. P. J. Oakes, her husband, four children, two brothers and one sister. She died September 9, 1922 at Chelan.
Funeral services were held at the Methodist Church Monday afternoon. The Rev. A. Attenborough officiating. A chosen quartette sang Rock of Ages, Nearer My God to Thee and Jesus Lover of My Soul. A large congregation of sympathizers and friends were present. There were many flora offerings.
