Ms. Shelia Ann Campbell, age 59, of Peoria, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her family.
Shelia was born on August 9, 1963 in Louisiana, Missouri to Doris Campbell and Richard McPike.
Shelia was a 1982 graduate of Northwestern High School in Detroit, MI. She later moved to Peoria, IL to become a caregiver for her grandmother, Eleanor Campbell and aunt Barbara Williams. She cared for them until their passing.
Shelia loved to play cards with her friends and they would play for hours.
Shelia leaves to cherish her most precious memories her mother, Doris Davis-Keys; two sons, Sharief Campbell, Sr., and Jarvis Morris both of Peoria, IL; one sister, Linda Campbell-Jones of Detroit, MI; two brothers, Jerome (Sherry) McPike of Quincy, IL and Vincent McPike of Kansas City, MO; a special friend, David Thornton.
She is preceded in death by her father, maternal grandparents, William and Eleanor Campbell and paternal grandparents; Harvey Fearson and Anna Smith; brother-in-law, Emmanuel Jones, Sr., nephew, Emannuel Jones, Jr.; two aunts, Della Campbell and Virgina Smith and two uncles, Richard Campbell and James Davis.
Shelia will be laid to rest on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at Riverview Cemetery, Louisiana, MO.
