Father of Frank "King" Clancy Was 35 Years in The Civil Service. Hero of Many Gridiron Struggles.
Thomas Francis Clancy, outstanding among all center scrimmage players in the days when Canadian football championships came to Ottawa with great regularity, and formerly principal clerk, treasury branch, Department of Public Printing and Staionery, died early today at his home, following a lengthy illness. He was 65 years of age.
