Theresa Ann Bradish, one-day-old premature daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Aloysius Bradish, passed away Wednesday, August 8, 1962, at Providence Hospital. The family home was a 1508 North 24th Street in Kansas City, Kansas.
Theresa was survived by her parents, a brother, Michael Patrick; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Bradish, of 932 Central, and Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Adcock, of Independence, Mo., and maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Ruth Ann Driver, of West Plains, Mo.
Services were held at the Jos. A. Butlers Sons Chapel. Interment followed at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
