HOG SALESMAN TAKEN IN DEATH

George T. Adkisson, 67, former long-time resident of Wichita and a hog salesman at the stockyards, died Wednesday afternoon at his home in Kechi, Kas.

He was born in Attica, Kas., and moved to Kechi about a year and a half ago from Wichita. He was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.

Survivors include his wife, Elba; four daughters, Mrs. Elda Shipman of Kansas City, Mo., Mrs. Esther Edwards of McPherson, Kas., Mrs. Opal Kernohan of Topeka and Mrs. Inez McConnell of Chicago; a son, Ivan Adkisson, 1821 North Minnesota; a stepson, R. D. Stephens, Kechi; two sisters, Mrs. L. C. Bose, Anthony, Kas., and Mrs. Frank Brittain, Aline, Okla.; and a brother, Andrew, Aline.

Funeral services will be announced by Downing Mortuary.
