He was the sixth of eight children, and also a twin, born to Armand Lucien and Lucile Mounteer Grimaud. At age 14, he had to leave his home, but then became a part of his next family, the Sullivans. He lived in the Salt Lake Valley for many years, then moved where his work took him. He was a plumber/pipe fitter by trade. He moved to Delta, UT to help build the power plant. He married Lynda Greener and helped to raise her four daughters. Later he married Linda Dawn Dustin Kapelos on March 10, 1989 in the Manti Temple and became a stepfather to her three children. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and held many church callings including High Counselor, Primary teacher and was a temple worker in the Manti and Payson Temples. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Linda; grandson, Kaleb Olson; and brothers, Donald, Armand, Myron, and Roger Grimaud. Surviving are his children, Rodney Richens, Lynna (Ken) Lawson, Gail (Jeff) Brown, Tracey Jensen (Mike Koford), Cindy (Jason) Duhon, Kristina (Sterling) Warnick, Daniel Kapelos, Brenda (Craig) Petith, Heather (Daniel) Rowlette; twenty-four grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren; sisters, Marjorie (Donald) Batty, Marie (Deloy) Osbourne; and twin brother, Harold Grimaud.
